*No pre-registration required for the business meeting. Student and honorary members are welcome to attend the membership meeting but may not vote. If you wish to stay and attend any sessions, workshops, or other ScienceWriters2016 events, you must have registered and paid online prior to the October 13 close of registration. Regular members who will not be present in San Antonio and wish to vote should register their proxy choices no later than October 28 using the individual proxy email sent to all members from communications.registrationassitant.com.
