October 7, 2016 Update: While registration remains open, many events, including Saturday's workshops and the Sunday mixer, have sold out. We will maintain a waitlist for the Saturday workshops until October 13. If you have are on a waitlist for the Saturday workshops and have not heard back by October 13, space has not opened up.

October 3, 2016 Update: The conference is filling quite quickly. Many events are at capacity, and the workshops on Saturday are close to filling so if you plan to join us, please register ASAP! The hotel discount ends October 7.

• Registration begins August 17 and closes on October 13 at 11:59PM PST.
• Total Registration is limited. Register early to guarantee your spot!

Cancellation policy

If you cancel your registration in writing by October 13, you will receive a full refund less a $50 processing fee. Non-member fees are nonrefundable. Non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. Email your request for cancellation to workshops@nasw.org. Registrations are not transferable and may not be credited for use in future years.

Attendance at the workshops is heavily subsidized by NASW and remains the same low rate as last year. Thank you for attending!

Member rate

Student member rate
$75 thru close of registration on October 13.
Non-member rate (non-refundable)
$395 thru close of registration on October 13.

To qualify for the member rate, you need to be a current regular or student member of NASW. If you have submitted an application, you need to wait for your approval email to arrive before registering. Note that processing can take up to 2 weeks after the application is submitted. We try to expedite as much as possible this time of year, but you should apply early enough that you will hear back prior to the registration deadline of October 13. Optional field trips and pre-conference sessions

Pre-conference sessions on Friday, October 28: $30 each. These pre-conference sessions are small, hands-on workshops with limited capacity. As such, they fill quickly.

All field trips are free, except for the Natural Bridge Caverns tour on Tuesday, November 1. Fee: $35.
