For conference participants checking in at the Hyatt Regency Cambridge on Friday afternoon, buses will be available for transportation to Walker Memorial and back. Or if you like, enjoy the 1-mile / 21-minute stroll from the Hyatt to Walker Memorial along the Charles River.

Meeting attendees arriving in Boston on Friday, Oct. 9, after 6:00 pm may wish to proceed directly to Walker Memorial rather than checking in first at the Hyatt. A check-in/registration table will be located at Walker Memorial during the reception, and a holding area will be available for luggage.

Walker Memorial is three blocks / 0.3 miles from the Kendall/MIT subway station.
