Please note that registration is closed, and we cannot accept any late or onsite registrations. We hope to see you next year!

Important details

  • Please note that due to space and cost considerations, NO late or onsite registrations can be accepted.
  • All registration is handled securely online. We are sorry, but mail or phone-in registrations are not accepted.

  • Registration begins August 1 and closes on October 1 at 11:59 p.m. CST. Registration may close earlier if events fill.

  • Total registration is limited. Register early to guarantee your spot!

Cancellation policy

If you cancel your registration in writing by October 1, you will receive a full refund less a $50 processing fee. Non-member fees are nonrefundable. Non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. Email your request for cancellation to workshops@nasw.org. Registrations are not transferable and may not be credited for use in future years.

Costs

NASW Workshops fees

Attendance at the workshops is heavily subsidized by NASW and remains the same low rate as last year. Thank you for attending!

Member rate
$185 until August 31. Get your earlybird discount!
$210 from September 1 through close of registration on October 1.

Student member rate
$75 through close of registration on October 1.

Non-member rate (non-refundable)
$425 through close of registration on October 1.

To qualify for the member rate, you need to be a current regular or student member of NASW. If you have submitted an application, you need to wait for your approval email to arrive before registering. Note that processing can take up to 2 weeks after the application is submitted. We try to expedite as much as possible this time of year, but you should apply early enough that you will hear back prior to the registration deadline of October 1. You can also speed things along by ensuring that your application sponsors have submitted emails as directed in the online application. To apply, visit nasw.org.

Optional field trips and pre-conference sessions

Pre-conference sessions on Friday, October 12: $20 each. These pre-conference sessions are small, hands-on workshops with limited capacity. As such, they fill quickly.
