• Registration begins August 1 and closes on October 10 at 11:59 p.m. CST. Registration may close earlier if events fill.

• By virtue of their attendance, all attendees agree to the meeting policies, including the Code of Conduct. Please review policies here.

Attendance at the workshops is heavily subsidized by NASW. Thank you for attending!

Member rate
$190 until September 5. Get your earlybird discount!
$215 from September 5 through close of registration on October 10.

Student member rate
$75 through close of registration on October 10.

Non-member rate (non-refundable)
$425 through close of registration on October 10.

To qualify for the member rate, you need to be a current regular or student member of NASW. If you have submitted an application, you need to wait for your approval email to arrive before registering. Note that processing can take up to 2 weeks after the application is submitted. We try to expedite as much as possible this time of year, but you should apply early enough that you will hear back prior to the registration deadline of October 10. You can also speed things along by ensuring that your application sponsors have submitted emails as directed in the online application. To apply, visit nasw.org.

Optional field trips and pre-conference sessions

Pre-conference sessions on Friday, October 25: $45 each. These pre-conference sessions are small, hands-on workshops with limited capacity. As such, they fill quickly.

All field trips are $20 and tour costs range from $5-20. See specific tours and trips for further info.

Cancellation policy

If you are an NASW member and your cancellation request is received by October 10, 2019, you will receive a full refund less a $50 processing fee. Non-member registration fees are non-refundable. Non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. Registrations are not transferable and may not be credited for use in future years.

Field trip changes or cancellations may be made using the online system until the close of registration and will be refunded if your space is filled. Field trip cancellations after the close of registration cannot be refunded unless the trip is cancelled by the host.

All cancellations must be made either in writing or online through the link provided in your confirmation email. To cancel your registration in writing, please email your request for cancellation to workshops@nasw.org or send a letter to:
