*To qualify for the member rate, you must be a current regular or student member. If you have submitted an application, you must wait for your approval email to arrive before registering. Note that processing can take 3-4 weeks after the application is complete so apply early enough that you will hear back prior to the registration deadline of September 30.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made either in writing or online through the link provided in your confirmation email. To cancel your registration in writing, please send a letter to:

full refund less a $50 processing fee. Non-attendance does not constitute cancellation.
