If you want to participate in the Power Pitch you must attend this advance sign-up session to determine which editors you will meet.

Please be prompt and arrive by 7:15 (yes, we know that's early!).

As participants arrive, each person will draw a number from a jar. Groups of numbers will then be called to sign up for one- two pitch slots at a time. The total number of slots available will be determined by the number of pitch participants. Rotations of groups will continue until all available slots are filled.

As a prelude to the "Becoming a Backpack PIO" session, UF GatorVision videographer Garreth Gutierrez will demonstrate and discuss the Phantom aerial camera drone on the front lawn of the hotel. This sophisticated, inexpensive camera platform is giving institutional video a "third dimensional" production capability.
