David Dobbs writes for publications including the Atlantic, the New York Times Magazine, National Geographic, Wired, and Scientific American. Several of his stories have been chosen for leading science anthologies, including a December 2009 feature from the Atlantic, 'The Orchid Children,' which will appear in Ecco/HarperPerennial's Best American Science Writing 2010. He recently moved to London to spend a year researching a book expanding on that article and serving as a senior visiting fellow at City University London’s Science Journalism MA program.
